The Danish Scotsmen

The Danish Scotsmen

I have always been perplexed by the fact that the fronts of the chairs are often more exciting and interesting than their backs. However, the backs are usually seen as much as the fronts.

So when I found a pair of 1970’s Danish armchairs I decided to make their backs as inviting as their fronts.

The idea of using a goat’s fur was inspired by a tartan from Abraham Moons and Sons (www.moons.co.uk) that I originally saw in a hotel on the Isle of Barra. Tartan and fur just seem to be meant for each other.
